The Immokalee Foundation has announced the theme for the 2022 Charity Classic Celebration as Sueños, The Dream Gala.

Janet and Jerry Belle have a long history with The Immokalee Foundation. Jerry is the current chair of The Immokalee Foundation’s board of directors and has served as a mentor for an Immokalee Foundation student for the past four years, providing support, encouragement and guidance. The Belles co-chaired the Charity Classic Celebration in 2019, which raised critical funds to support the foundation’s career-based programs for the youth of Immokalee. Carol and Tom Joseph are active philanthropists both in Naples and Wisconsin. Carol is a new member of The Immokalee Foundation’s board of directors.

“It’s been a two-year wait, but we are so excited to co-chair this incredible event that helps provide such vital funding for The Immokalee Foundation’s students,” said Jerry Belle. “Immokalee has some incredible children that flourish through the Foundation’s programs, and the Sueños Dream Gala will be an elegant evening of entertainment and fine dining, presented alongside a number of wonderful opportunities to support these very deserving young people.”

The 2022 Charity Classic Sueños Dream Gala will take guests on a journey of The Foundations’ 31 plus years of making dreams come true. The event provides opportunities to support students in achieving a professional career through Fund A Dream, a live bidding experience that enables donors to contribute directly to support Immokalee’s children.

Immokalee Foundation Vice President of Philanthropy, Marie Rubenstein adds, “As the Spanish word ‘sueños’ indicates, the 2022 Charity Classic Celebration will be an unforgettable evening of making dreams come true for the children of The Immokalee Foundation.”
