Art Education

Directed by art teacher and Alumnus, Jonathan Martinez, The Immokalee Foundation’s art education program enriches the lives of our students by serving as an outlet for self and cultural expression while helping build confidence and creativity. The benefits extend well beyond the classroom by providing students teamwork, entrepreneurial, and communication skills that lend to their personal and professional development.

Immokalee houses many cultures and experiences creating an opportunity for students to celebrate this through their art while educating and inspiring a larger audience at exhibitions throughout the year. Recently, The Immokalee Foundation partnered with Naples Art to showcase student art projects with a virtual exhibit.
