The Immokalee Foundation’s highly anticipated Charity Classic Gala takes center stage on Saturday, November 15, 2025, at The Ritz-Carlton, Naples. This respected event brings together local advocates for education who support the Foundation’s career readiness and workforce development programs for young people in Immokalee—from kindergarten through postsecondary education.
This year’s theme, Illuminating Pathways to Success, is a tip of the hat to the Foundation’s multiple-award-winning Career Pathways program, which prepares students for well-paying, in-demand professional careers in Business Management & Entrepreneurship, Education & Human Services, Engineering & Construction Management, and Healthcare.
Chaired by Immokalee Foundation champions Joyce Hagen, Carol and Tom Joseph, and Louise Penta, the Illuminating Pathways to Success Gala ultimately supports a variety of activities, including early intervention literacy tutoring, college and postsecondary preparation, mentoring, and career development.
The gala offers various sponsorship levels, from individual dinner tickets to highly customized sponsorship opportunities, allowing businesses and individuals to invest in Southwest Florida’s workforce of the future by contributing to the Foundation’s work.
Alongside presenting sponsor BMO Wealth Management, several area leaders have confirmed sponsor status, including Benecard, Florida Gulf Coast University, Hertz, and Gulfcoast Motorworks. Additional high-profile sponsorships are available.
“Having been with The Immokalee Foundation for almost 20 of its 33 years, I have had a front-row seat to see the long-term impact that our 16,000-plus highly skilled professionals have had on our professional workforce,” said Noemi Y. Perez, Immokalee Foundation president and CEO. “The generosity of our gala attendees sets the stage for how our community will continue to support not just our deserving student population but Southwest Florida’s economic future.”
