The Immokalee Foundation announced today that BMO’s Amy Hale has joined its Board of Directors.

Serving in the critical role of Regional President at BMO Wealth Management is just the beginning of Amy’s list of projects and accomplishments. She is also the Executive Sponsor of the BMO U.S. Women & Wealth Program.

Amy certainly has a classic roll-up-your-sleeves attitude when it comes to giving back. She recently hosted a financial literacy workshop for college-bound Foundation students. Additionally, she served as the keynote speaker at The Immokalee Foundation’s recent Women’s Empowerment Luncheon.

“The Immokalee Foundation stands out to me due to the significant focus on education and career readiness for the youth,” observed Hale. “I find it unique that the Foundation works with students from a young age to post-collegiate. Many students who have gone through the program come back to work for the Foundation, which is a testament to their profound and very personal impact.”

At BMO, Amy oversees a team of professionals dedicated to providing a full range of wealth services to high-net-worth individuals, families, and organizations, including closely held and family-owned businesses, endowments, and foundations, as part of an overall personal wealth management strategy.

A significant portion of Amy’s practice is dedicated to the wealth management needs of high-net-worth women.

In addition to Amy’s dedicated focus on being a resource to women, she has continued to make a positive impact in the community. She grew up in Collier County, so understanding what’s happening locally is critical to her. She was a member of Leadership Collier 2013 and part of Gulfshore Business’s 40 under 40 in 2018.

“Amy has clearly demonstrated a desire to inspire and encourage others to accomplish their goals and aspirations,” said Noemi Y. Perez, President and CEO of The Immokalee Foundation. “By emulating true professionalism and success in her own life, she will help positively impact all those around her. The Immokalee Foundation’s students are lucky to have Amy in their corner.”
