She has chaired The Immokalee Foundation’s annual Charity Classic Event three times and co-chaired an additional three times. Carol and Tom Joseph - Charity Classic Chairs

CAROL AND TOM JOSEPH

Carol has been an active member of The Immokalee Foundation’s Board of Directors since 2021, playing a significant role in driving our mission. She and her husband Tom have served as co-chairs of  the Charity Classic Gala for the past two years. Despite the Gala’s three-year absence and a community still reeling from the aftermath of Hurricane Ian, the 2023 event raised a record-breaking amount. Under Carol and her team’s leadership, this record was exceeded in 2024 further strengthening the impact made on our young people’s lives.

Carol and Tom successfully carried over their philanthropic history focused on educational and career opportunities for young people to Collier County from their home state of Wisconsin where they were instrumental in building two Boys & Girls Clubs and co-chaired numerous YMCA fundraisers for twenty years.

In addition to their work with The Immokalee Foundation, Carol and Tom have served as trustees for the Naples Children & Education Foundation for the past two years. A strong supporter of the Shelter for Abused Women & Children, Carol  most recently served as co-chair of the Mending Broken Heart with Hope Luncheon in February. She also holds the position of Secretary for the Joseph Family Foundation and their Basic Needs Foundation.
